transfer process seamless and stress-free
Register for a verified account on our website to view full biodata and profiles of available transfer helpers. Due to MOM regulations, detailed profiles and photos are only accessible via a secure login. Select the candidates that best match your household needs.
We will coordinate with the helper and their current employer (if applicable) to schedule an interview. We highly recommend a face-to-face interview at our agency, or a video call if preferred, to ensure the right fit.
Once you have selected a helper, we will proceed with the service agreement and employment contract. We will require your details (via Singpass) to submit the Work Permit application to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Once MOM grants the In-Principle Approval (IPA), we coordinate the official transfer date. Your new helper can then legally and smoothly start working for your family.
We ensure the helper completes her 6-monthly medical examination (if due). Once all formalities are cleared and the work permit is issued, we arrange for the official handover and deployment to your home.
Helpers who share your values, understand your dietary laws, and respect your family’s religious obligations.

Wondering About Muslim Helpers
Yes, the 5 daily prayers (Solat) are mandatory for practicing Muslims. However, this does not mean she stops working for long periods.
Time taken: Each prayer typically takes only 10–15 minutes.
Timing:
Subuh (Dawn): Before she starts work.
Zuhur (Mid-day) & Asr (Afternoon): Usually during her break or baby’s nap time.
Maghrib (Sunset) & Isha (Night): After work or during dinner prep.
Flexibility: If she is caring for an infant or there is an emergency, prayers can often be delayed slightly (Qada) or shortened. We advise discussing a schedule that works for both parties during the interview.
Generally, no. In Islam, Friday congregational prayers (Jumu’ah) are mandatory for men, but voluntary for women. Most female domestic helpers perform their Friday prayers at home. If she requests to go to the mosque on her off day, that is her personal choice, but it is not a work-hour requirement.
This depends on her personal level of piety and your house rules.
For Muslim Employers: You may prefer her to cover her aurat (modesty) if you have adult sons in the house.
For Non-Muslim Employers: Some helpers may be willing to remove their tudung while working inside the house for comfort, but wear it when going out.
Our Advice: We clarify this preference during the video interview so there are no awkward surprises upon arrival.
During Ramadan, Muslims fast from dawn (~5:30 AM) to sunset (~7:15 PM).
Energy Levels: Experienced helpers are used to this routine. They will wake up early for Sahur (pre-dawn meal).
Employer Support: We suggest allowing her a 30-minute rest in the afternoon if possible, and ensuring she can stop work promptly at sunset to break her fast (Iftar).
The Benefit: Many employers find that Muslim helpers are more disciplined and spiritual during this month, often waking up early which can help with school preparations for kids.
Bonus: It is not mandatory by MOM law, but giving a “Green Packet” (Duit Raya) is a widespread cultural gesture of goodwill in Singapore. It motivates the helper significantly.
Off Day: Most Muslim helpers will request Hari Raya Puasa (Eid al-Fitr) and Hari Raya Haji (Eid al-Adha) as their off days. If you need her to work on these public holidays, you should compensate her with an extra day’s salary or a replacement off day.
MOM regulations require one rest day per week.
Compensation: However, many employers and helpers mutually agree to “buy off” the off days. If the helper agrees to work on her rest day, she must be compensated with at least one day’s salary.
Flexibility: You can negotiate a schedule (e.g., 2 off days a month and 2 compensated days).
